Welcome to TravelPro. By accessing our website, booking a vehicle, or utilizing our taxi and tour services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: Bookings may require an advance booking amount or full payment, processed securely via our online payment gateway (Razorpay) or direct bank transfer/UPI/cash.
• Payment Gateway: Online transactions processed through Razorpay comply with PCI-DSS standards. By using online payment, customer agrees to Razorpay's standard terms and processing policies.
• Fare Structure: Base fares are computed based on kilometers, duration, vehicle model, and package choice. Additional kilometers or extra hours beyond package limits will be billed as per standard rate cards.

2. Passenger Guidelines & Safety

• Passengers are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• Customers must adhere to seating capacity regulations. Overloading vehicles beyond legal passenger limits is strictly disallowed.
